Hello there! Thank you for getting curious about my story.

Adventure is in my DNA.

While I was a military kid who was born in England and traveled the world at a young age, I would call a small town off the Puget Sound in Washington State my hometown. I grew up on the family origin stories, traditions, and foods of being Italian, French Canadian, British, and Scottish. Today, travel is a way for me to explore nature, culture, fashion, art, design, music, and food that challenges beliefs, boundaries, and comfort zones.

I began as a creative.

I took my first ballet class at 4 years old and spent my summers from 6-16 in all-day camps learning global dances, dance history, music, and French. I picked up watercolors for the first time in 2019 while rehabilitating a traumatic brain injury. My paintings are an expression of life experiences, emotion, and beauty through an abstract lens. I enjoy experimenting with archival ink, watercolor, colored pencils, gold leaf, embroidery, molding paste and other mixed media on paper to create minimal and livable works of art.

I’ve seen a lot of corporate.

I’ve had the opportunity to gain perspective from many vantage points across retail, technology, healthcare, telecommunications, and financial services industries. I’ve worked with small businesses in my community and big brands like Nike and Columbia Sportswear. Through all that I’ve uncovered that my superpowers are storytelling and connecting – or translating complex ideas into clear actions and outcomes at the intersection of cross-functional teams and leaders.

I wrote a book just for fun.

As a chronic yes person, I needed to learn how to say no. So, I wrote about it. And now I want to help you say no, too (and have fun while learning it). The book No Is Sexy: A Business & Life Guide to Saying No is about expanding the vocabulary and strategic tactics in the sphere of no to get to more authentic conversations, greater work-life balance, and ultimately your business and life goals.

I’m constantly curating.

I love searching for the perfect products and fashion finds to fit my needs and aesthetic. I believe all things in your home, studio, van, office, and closet can be designed to be beautiful, versatile, practical, and quality. Every so often I share links to my favorite things on Instagram.

I live in the PNW with my partner and furry rescues.

On any given day, you can find me connecting with my favorite business owners in coffee shops, boutiques, and restaurants around the community. We are so grateful for our supportive community around us. We are also obsessed with exploring the National Parks, wineries, and communities in the Pacific Northwest in our camper van.
